Two lines, and neither one surprises you.
Building is paid for in credits. You buy them in packs from €77 and they never expire. Keeping your systems online comes out of the same balance: 750 credits a month for the whole account. That covers hosting, database, daily backups, security updates and support. No subscription, no setup fee, no per-user charge, no annual contract.

Straight answers
Do I need to know how to code?
No. You describe what the business needs the way you would describe it to a new employee, and you write no code. The database, the hosting, the security and the backups are handled and included.
How long does the build take?
The first working version is usually ready within 3 days. Exactly how long depends on how clearly the work is described and how much the system has to do. After that you change it with a new description, usually in minutes.
What is vibe coding?
Vibe coding (also written vibecoding, and in Bulgarian вайб кодинг or вайбкодинг) means describing software in words instead of writing it in code. In CodiVibes you describe what the system should do, it gets built, and you change it with the next description. The longer answer is here, including the four jobs it genuinely cannot do.
Can I try it before I pay?
Yes - 5,000 starter credits, no card asked for. They land the moment you start your first project, and the week runs from then. If they run low while you are building, we top them up automatically. Whatever is unspent when the week ends goes back - the credits are there to get you started, not to sit still. Nothing is charged and nothing is deleted when the week ends; to carry on you buy a pack of credits. An account that has never bought a pack and is left without credits for 30 days in a row loses its projects, and we email a warning at least 7 days before. Credits you buy have no expiry at all.
Do credits expire?
Credits you buy never expire. Only the starter credits have a deadline: they are for the first week, and whatever is left unused after it is taken back.
Who owns the system and the data?
You do. It runs on its own address with its own database, and you can export your data at any time. Nothing is shared with other customers.
What if I need something changed later?
That is the point of it. You ask for the change in plain language and it is made - usually in minutes. Businesses change constantly; software that cannot follow is why the spreadsheet survives.
Can my team use it in Bulgarian?
Yes. The systems we build are in Bulgarian - every screen, label and message your staff sees. The building tool itself is currently in English, with a Bulgarian option that is still being completed.
What if I run out of credits?
Two things pause first: the studio stops building, and anything inside your system that calls the AI itself stops answering. Everything else carries on - your screens stay up, your staff keep using them, the scheduled jobs keep running and your data is untouched. Keeping that up draws 750 credits a month, so if the balance cannot cover a month we write to you and give you a fortnight before the systems pause; nothing is taken automatically and no invoice arrives by surprise. We would rather pause something you saw coming than bill you for something you did not.
What happens if I stop buying credits?
When the balance will not cover the next month of running we write to you and give you fourteen days, so an empty balance never takes your business offline the same afternoon. After that your systems are switched off, and one pack brings them back. If an account that has never bought a pack stays suspended or without credits for 30 days in a row, its projects are deleted - we email a warning at least 7 days before, and buying any credit pack in that time keeps them. You can export at any point, there is no minimum term, and no debt accrues while they are paused.
Where is the data hosted?
In the European Union, in the Frankfurt region. That is where accounts, projects and the systems you build are kept. The details are on the security page.
Is there a minimum contract term?
No. There is no contract and no subscription. You pay for a credit pack when you buy it, and while your systems are running, hosting draws 750 credits a month. If you stop, the systems are paused, and the account itself stays. Its projects are deleted only if no pack has ever been bought on it and it stays suspended or without credits for 30 days in a row, with an email warning at least 7 days before.
Do you issue a proper invoice for accounting?
Yes - a compliant invoice with all required details, issued in euro and downloadable from your account. Your accountant will not have to ask you for anything.
