01 Credits, explained
What a build credit is
Credits are what building and changing your system consumes. Creating a screen, adding a field, generating a report — each uses a few. Simply using the finished system day to day costs almost nothing.
Your allowance resets on the same date every month, and your account shows exactly how much is left and when it renews — you will never find out by being stopped mid-sentence.

Month one is the heavy one. After that most businesses use a fraction of their allowance.

Top-ups, only if you want them
A month with a big rebuild in it can run past the allowance. Rather than moving you to a bigger plan you did not ask for, you can add credits once and stay where you are. Unlike the monthly allowance, credits you buy do not expire.

Billing, plainly
Is there a contract or a minimum term?
No. It is monthly, and you can cancel from your own account at any time. You keep access until the end of the month you have paid for.
Do unused credits carry over?
The monthly allowance does not carry over — it resets on your renewal date, which is shown in your account. Credits you buy separately as a top-up do not expire.
Can I change plan?
Yes, in either direction, from your account. Changes take effect from the next billing date.
Do I get a VAT invoice?
Yes. Add your company details once and every invoice is issued with them, in euro, with all legally required elements — ready to hand to your accountant.
What if my first build needs more than the allowance?
Add a one-off top-up, or take the launch service, where our team does the first build with you for a fixed fee. Either way you are not pushed into a plan you do not need afterwards.
