Five steps, and you are only needed for two of them.
The fee is fixed and agreed before anything starts. If the work turns out to be smaller than expected, the price comes down — it never goes up without you agreeing to it first.

A conversation, about an hour
How the work comes in, who does what, where things currently go wrong. On the phone or at your office. No preparation needed.

A fixed quote
You get the scope and the price in writing. Nothing starts until you agree to it.

We build it
Usually a few days. You are not involved and nothing is disrupted while it happens.

Your data goes in
Clients, price lists, stock, appointments — imported from whatever they live in now, including spreadsheets and paper.

Handover and training
We walk your team through it, in Bulgarian, on the devices they will actually use. Then you own it, and you can change it yourself from that day on.
