IN SHORT
- Four plans: Start €29, Business €79, Pro €149, Max €249 a month. Same features; more building and faster answers as you go up.
- The monthly allowance does not carry over. Credits bought as a top-up do not expire.
- Running out pauses building, not your system, and never produces a surprise bill.
- New customers get 10,000 credits for seven days, starting when they start their first system.
What a credit is
Credits are what building and changing your system consumes. Creating a screen, adding a field, generating a report — each uses a few. Simply using the finished system day to day costs almost nothing. The exception is the AI features working inside your system, which consume credits while it runs rather than only while it is being built.
Your allowance resets on the same date every month, and the account shows how much is left and when it renews. You will not find out by being stopped mid-sentence.
The plans
Every plan has the same features. The difference is how much building you do each month and how quickly we answer. There is no setup fee, no charge per user and no annual contract.
| Plan | Per month | Build credits a month | What it is for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Start | €29 | 1,500 | One business system, fully hosted. Email support answered within 48 hours. |
| Business | €79 | 4,000 | Several systems, or one that keeps growing. Room for weekly changes. Priority support. |
| Pro | €149 | 7,500 | Multiple departments or locations. Scheduled calls with our team. |
| Max | €249 | 15,000 | Building constantly rather than occasionally — and the only plan where the credits come at a lower rate. |
Top-ups
A month with a big rebuild in it can run past the allowance. Rather than being moved to a bigger plan you did not ask for, you can add credits once and stay where you are. Unlike the monthly allowance, credits you buy do not expire — they survive the monthly reset and sit behind it.
| Pack | Price | What it covers |
|---|---|---|
| +500 credits | €19 | A busy week of changes. |
| +1,500 credits | €49 | A second system, or a significant rebuild. |
| +4,000 credits | €119 | A major project on top of the usual work. |
The free week
A new customer is given 10,000 credits for seven days. The week starts when you start your first system, not when you register: the point is to have the credits when there is something to spend them on, not to have them tick away while you are still deciding.
You are warned before it ends rather than after. When it does end, nothing you built goes down — building is what stops, and choosing a plan restarts it.
What running out actually does
When the allowance is exhausted the studio pauses instead of billing you. Your systems keep running, your data is untouched, and your staff and customers do not notice. You add a top-up, change plan, or wait for the monthly reset.
This is deliberate: an unpredictable invoice is worse than a pause you can see coming.
Contract, invoices and changing plan
- No contract and no minimum term. It is monthly, cancellable from your own account, and you keep access to the end of the month you have paid for.
- Plan changes work in either direction and take effect from the next billing date.
- Invoices are issued in euro with all legally required elements, using the company details you entered once, and are downloadable from the account.
- If a first build needs more than the allowance, the alternatives are a one-off top-up or the fixed-fee launch service — not a permanent upgrade to a plan you do not need afterwards.
